Gerard works in the preparation of technical offers in competitions with international partnerships of public sector entities and companies (UEB programs and tenders, WB and international tenders), and specializes in European policies and programs and in the design and implementation of projects. He also works on issues regarding European Community law and international commercial law, as well as in a legal research team on EU projects involving non-contractual liability.
Among other clients, Gerard works for PIMEC, AMEC, The Spanish Chamber of Commerce Chamber, RAILGRUP, Barcelona Activa, DTES Generalitat, Barcelona City Council, and for various companies in the Transportation and Energy sector.
Gerard has lectured and participated in debates, congresses, seminars and workshops in various EU countries, as well as training courses at the ESCI-UPC (School of International Studies) in Barcelona and the Catalan Association of Municipalities. He also worked at the United Nations High Commission for Refugees (UNHCR).
