Practice Experience

My practice is at the junction of Gibraltar, English, European and international law, helping private and public sector clients plot a course through cross-border legal and regulatory complexities to achieve strategic objectives and business or policy goals.

I am particularly focused on the application of the UK’s trade agreements as they apply to Gibraltar, helping firms leverage these in order to enter and thrive in new markets.

I also have a wider practice in public international law, especially international economic law, which includes compliance with international sanctions – an area for which I have appeared as an expert before the Council of Europe.
