Great to see former head of Supreme People's Court IP Tribunal Xiangjun Kong again.  We met many years ago when I was leading delegation to visit China (old photo inserted upper left).  Justice Kong is now Prof. Kong at the Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Law, after stepping away from the deanship a few years ago.

Our partner Sylvain Poitras was recently awarded a Certificate by Johns Hopkins University's Withing School of Engineering on successfully completing the 10-week program for leaders on AI in Healthcare. This strengthens our firm's knowledge base to advise healthtech clients worldwide from AI module development to roll-out efforts including on the ethical, regulatory and contractual fronts.
