Geneva Partner Sylvain Poitras Speaks in China

Our partner Sylvain Poitras reports a memorable visit to Beijing last week during which he delivered two talks on legal support to cross-border medtech operations and investments to various audiences at the kind invitation of CCPIT, the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade and of CCPIT IP,  the oldest full-service intellectual property law firm in China.  CCPIT IP and the CCPIT provide legal support to domestic and foreign companies.  The event featured two other speakers:  John Moetteli, Head of Da Vinci Partners LLC, a Switzerland-based global IP law firm and Thomas Wyder, Partner at Hoffmann Eitle, a leading German IP firm.
